I don't know if they are under 90 for sure.
But I have a couple of Eagles that perform very well for a basic unit.

a used flasher, if you can find one

otherwise, i think you are pretty limited to what you can find, i think there's a bunch of humminbird types that are in that range

a wise man once said "the bottom's always black" (this was before the fancy new color stuff): decide if you want a "fishfinder" or a depth finder that sometimes helps you find baitfish pods or other things. If you want to do a lot of verticle jigging, spend the money on a high-power unit that can separate the bottom from bottom-hugging fish.
