| Is there new regulations for boats for 2006? I heard something like 6 flairs not 3. Does someone know where I can find out this information?

Location: On the Niagara River in Buffalo, NY | Looks like you need 6 flares if your vessel is over 19'-8" and you go more then 1 mile from shore,not the case on small Inland Waters.
