Location: Athens, Ohio | Well, do ya ever have one of those days where 'everything you touch turns to crap'?
That was my weekend. Frustrated in installing a fish finder Saturday, yesterday I tried my hand at installing an am/fm cassette player from my kid's wrecked Explorer into my Basstracker. Broke half a tooth trying to strip speaker wire.
I'm goin fishin Friday, I'm goin fishin Friday, I'm goin fishin Friday at Cave Run! m |

Location: Palm Coast, FL | Got out Saturday...boated a 38" pig. I will post picture tomorrow. We ended up seeing about 15 fish...all of which were decent fish. The biggest (mid 40) came from under the boat and just missed the bait. It came out like a torpedo! |

| Fished the Cabin Fever Challunge Thursday -Saturday. My partner, Richard Collin, got his first Kentucky muskie on Friday 5 minutes before a major hail storm. His fish ended up being 48" which was the top fish and winner of the traveling trophy. 5 minutes later we were ducking golfball sized hail. Only 9 fish caught in 3 days.

My partner and I just got in to Kentucky Friday afternoonon just before the storm hit. Spent plenty of time with lots of cool Muskie Inc members in the marina during the storm.
Raised a nice mid to low 40's fish just before dark that night and zip, na da, ziltch on Saturday.
Tough conditions for sure with the dropping water temps, rain, hail, high winds and the cold.
Thats Spring fishing.............. |

| That was by far the worst storm I fished in. To make matters worse, I was 15 miles from where I launched my boat. Did you fish the Challunge? |

| Went to Lake Carlton in Illinois. Threw gliders, pull baits, crankbaits, spinnerbaits, soft plastics and bucktails. Did not see a fish. Water clarity for this lake was a bit dirty, water temps. between 49 and 50 degrees. With the warmer weather expected this weekend things should start to pickup..... I hope.
