Location: Williamstown, WV | Hey guys,
I'll be fishing Saturday here in West Virginia and it's gonna be in the upper 40's and rainy. My question is how do I fish these conditions in early spring? What baits would be most productive (live bait is not an option). I will be fishing a creek and it should be very clear water. water temps in upper 40's. Am I wasting my time fishing during weather like this in spring? Thanks for the help everybody.

Location: Athens, Ohio | I think, Shawn, that your clear water will murk-up due to strong storms on Friday.
Slow presentations - try the Hawg Seeker baits! - smaller baits too if possible.
Fishing time is never wasted time, it is good practice and you need the exercise.
Good luck on the mail in tourney. All who fish it from our chapter will have the same conditions so it comes down to factors of skill and luck.

Yeah I heard it was gonna rain friday...how much are we supposed to get? If Middle Island gets messed up by the rains I'll go to stonewall jackson for the day.
