I can one up you. A link on the PA Fish commission site to a recipe for "Musky Lobster"

Though to their defense, they have finally started listening to the states muskie inc chapters and there are several regulation changes to be voted on.

Management of the fish on Lake St. Clair reminds me almost of the charter fishing atmosphere here with Salmon, but many of the fish are released these days. I don't know enough about that water to make any sort of guess about the health of that population, but I hear it's outstanding despite the apparently larger harvest percentages. Any information sources we can post here?

Ahh, PETA is out & about (People for Eating of Tasty Animals). Sounds like the Muskie-Lobster would go well with a nice Riesling. With a 100lb'r you won't have to much trouble finding the Y bones.
