| To all of you out there, these are the custom painted lures I ordered from Stan. The guy is a real artist. It doesn't matter what your canvas is art. Everyone should recognize the talent and skill that goes into his work.
Many of the works that Stan has done for me will never see water unless you count the glass of it on my desk.
In this day and age of mass produced plastic junk, we need to appreciate artists before they all go by the wayside.
Stan I assure you more orders are coming your way.

| Sorry already sold to me but Stan can makeup anything you want.
Stan, should we tell them about the new paint job based on the Picasso style of painting? It's a Dur'Casso. whos say's lures can't be fun. Muskies are just fish and they'll bite anything.
Stan hsa just finished a 207 that looks like a Japanesse KOI also. |

| Hey folks get your orders in as Stan has just agreed to make me some 305 Cranes in Breeding Bluegill color.
Picture this. Your Breeding Bluegill lure cast into the weedline acting all cocky like he ain't afraid of any Musky. Then WHAM the water explodes and theres one less gill swimming around except this one has hooks attached. I have big plans for that lure this summer in Wisconsin.
Have a nice day. |

When ever you get around to it.
We had to get more patches made and then when My Dad got sick I was too busy to get things done.
I have them here at home now and will have to start getting them out.
Thanks,
Stan

| Stan what do you charge to paint lures? I like the chrome perch, also think something in a sucker pattern, 6 inch glide bait, raw wood only hook eyes installed in maple. |

| I look at page 2, and Stan Dursts "Chrome Perkas", then I look at the post before this and I cannot tell the difference between the 8 inch beerbellies and the Perkas. Are these the same lures just painted by different people? I know Beaver started making Perkas last year because I bought some last fall, and I know that he has Stan painting some for him because those two are working together on something, and Beav is working on a smaller version.
Is this a lure body pool or something? |

Location: Pigeon Forge TN. | A 13 inch Grandma re-painted for a friend in a new Chrome Walleye pattern . It has colors that will "phase" in and out as the light hits it.
I just can't get the pictures to show it but it is a bad boy when it does it in the hands.

| Awesome Stan.
I've put these up in other places, but thought that I'd stick them here also.
Hyper Gill and Hyper Perch....finally got some sun.
I did one of the Kandys over chrome, and this one is also different outside than on the scanner bed.
It's like looking through a Jolly Rancher Candy. My 10-year old picked the color and the pattern.
I'm packing up some bodies for you, and working on more Perkettes. Hopefully will shoot some video if we get a sunny, flat day next week. My buddy stands on a handicap fishing pier about 10' above Lake Mich, and I cast past him. He almost crapped when I ran a chrome shad Perkette past him. He's a high school teacher and has the know-how to upload some mpegs for us.
Awesome work Stan. Heading to the DR on Wed to see what they can do to make me comfortable. Can't paint, or sand, or clearcoat for more than an hour at a time. Getting worse every day. At this rate I won't get to use my own stuff.

Location: Pigeon Forge TN. | Looooking Good Beav,
The bottom one would look good with the "Hyper" scales ,
I Painted my Sunset Carp over Chrome using simular but lighter colors with no chrome showing. Now I have a Sunrise Carp?
The colors that Jed showed looked real good too. In fact there are alot of nice looking stuff being shown.
We have some Doctors on this board and I think they could explain that epidural injection I told you that I get in my neck nce in awhile.
You ought to ask your Doc about it and see if it would be worth a try.
My best friends Mom passed away Thursday in Sturgis, MIchigan. They brought her home here to Pa. and the funeral is today. She was like a second Mom to me. So no painting today. Will use the time to ship out the stuff I have ready to go.

| I feel like a mad scientists with all of the new stuff at my fingertips.
Yeti, glad you liked the Striper.
I decided that my Firetigers and Sunrise Tigers any other striped lures are going to be done the old way. Scuff up the finish and use a pinstripe brush. I watched a guy at an auto shop last week, and he could write his name with the tip of a brush and never miss a beat. I asked him how he learned that, and of course he said, "Practice. 30 years of practice."
Sorry dude, I aint got that long. But I'm gonna try.
