Good luck to you. The restaurant business is tough, but fun. I speak from my own experience and that of several friends. Few jobs provide the same feeling you get at the end of a really busy night in a restaurant.

As far as Friday goes, depends on which side of the bed our chef wakes up on.........
And for those of you who stick to fish on these Fridays, our regular menu does include many salads, walleye/perch/shrimp served many different ways, a very tasty whitefish dinner.......
