Location: Hastings, mn, 55033 | depends on where your trolling. over weedbeds? rock reefs? sand? open water?
what depths are you looking to fish? speed?
there are a whole lot of variables to name "the best lure" |

Location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin | Contact Bill Schwarts of Slammer Tackle and ask him what baits are the hottest on that pond. He has some great video of some huge fish caught on Slammers.
Great baits..........Lots of thump and vibe with those baits. Fish callers for sure. |

| Brian,
I 2nd the Slammer 10" long minnow. Great thing about this bait is it's ability to troll at low speeds. Keyes Outdoors did a shoot with Gregg Thomas working these baits at night and had 3 over 30#. I don't think it's aired yet. It will be in my 2nd edition for sure! |

Location: Otsego, MN | Spinner baits work well being trolled in and around the giant weed beds. Slow trolling some of the lighter ones, to speed trolling some of the heavy 5oz. ones. |

Location: Right behind you (tap, tap) BOOO | Ask the Walleye guys in the Fall and they'll probably tell you the rapalas they are trolling are second to none. Read about them all the time in the fall talking about how they were bit off while out for the nite bite.
