Has anyone had as much trouble contacting the DNR as I am? I have tried to e-mail the west metro fisheries manager twice now and have yet to get a response. Happy, Musky Treats is it your experience that they won't respond to e-mails. I am trying to get a hold of Daryl Ellison and am having zero luck. I have specific questions that I would rather have answered via e-mail so as not to get the brush off and redirected that often happens in a phone conversation. Frankly, it also gives more time for a well thought out answer. Any advice would be appreciated.

I usually go straight to the top with Ron Payer. Drop me a line and let me know what you're thinking.
