a few prayers tonight; gotta get a heart cath early in the morning. Lost me Dad a little over 3 weeks ago and have tried to stay upbeat, but I guess that and numerous other things w/in the past few months have finally taken their toll... in the meantime, do what you can for the Baby Mason Auction! Thanks...

Hey sponge, don't know 'ya, but we could all use a little help now and then.

Not so sure me and the big guy are on good terms anymore, but I'll toss one up there for 'ya anyway.

Good Luck Sponge, hope all turns out well.

PS - dont flirt with too many of the nurses, one could intentionally thread that thing into the wrong artery and leave it there .

Your effervescents will carry you through this crisis.
Or, as you might say “The force is with you, my friend.”
I will also talk to the Big Guy and put in a good character reference for you… just to be sure.

Sponge,

We'll cyber talk to you soon. You and I are just getting started. A few prayers are headed your way. Very sorry about your dad also. I lost mine four years ago and it can create quite the spiral. God bless.

Kevin

Sponge- You have to stay upbeat for "Little Sponge" and Mrs. Sponge. Like you, I went through similar circumstance with loss of my father and my health in a short period of time. Look the beast right in the eye and vow to perservere for your family. You are in our prayer's. Better yet, vow revenge on the boss at the Post Office, i.e., you have found the fountain of youth and he is still floundering with his stupidity.

Sponge,
Glad to see you back on a semi-regular basis. No way are we letting you use this as an excuse to disappear again!

Hold the chin high, and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

All the assorted Theedz' will have all the assorted Sponge's in their prayers, especially Papa Sponge.
Gods graces to you my man. Keep us posted on how things went when you get back home.
Dad had a double bypass followed by some stints a couple weeks later. He's doing well now, I'm sure you will be fine too.
Lot's of good karma going on here.

Sponge-

Sorry to hear the news about your father. Even if losing a parent is expected, it is never easy. I'm hopeful that your mother is well and taken care of, with strong support? Having friends who offer encouragement and prayers is important for you too. You are always such an upbeat person when we read your posts here, so it's tougher for us to hear of your news. I'll pray that you'll be up and about better than before after your cath. It's got an amazing success rate. The best to your family also.

SPonger,

Man, sorry to hear of your loss, losing a parent is very tough. If you need anything, ANYTHING at all, just let us know here and we'll be on our way there if we gotta take a bus.

Sue and I have you in our prayers.

Breaks my heart to think of the Sponger unhappy. Grasp hold of life and family, man, hang on tight. Our time here's too short, and soon enough you'll be tossin baits again with the old man, thats a guarantee for us all. I lost a boy when he was 10 and my Mom when she was 59, and it still haunts me, but I'll see them soon enough and they're not going anywhere while I finish my trip here. All part of the journey, my friend. Be well, sir, be well.

Sponge,
Sorry about your loss.
Your procedure should help you out a lot. My Dad had it done six years ago and is in good shape, he is 92 now. My brother_in_law ( 42) had a triple bypass and is doing great. Medical procedures have come a long way. Hope this helps to releave a little stress. We are praying for you.
