| I am looking for a boat that is very nimble yet can still handle being out on a big lake where you can get some really big waves. I just want to know what you guys opinions are and why. Thanks. |

Location: Palm Coast, FL | One word...LUND! They have higher sides and handle rough water excellent! The Pro V's and the Mr. Pike are excellent choices for extra room to cast and have tackle boxex, rods, etc. on the boat. |

| The Ranger 620 T is the best boat for big water. At least among the rangers, ask any of the dealers and they will tell you the same thing. Easier to control the boat with a tiller |

Location: Palm Coast, FL | I have a 20 ft. Lund ProV. Although the console takes up room...there is plenty left. I guide from the back of the boat and both clients are on the front deck casting. With a little work I have had 5 guys casting from my boat at the same time. It really depends on the lakes you are going to be fishing and the number of people fishing from your boat...the console helps break a lot of wind on larger bodies of water. I also think resale value would be better on consoles vs. tillers.
For electronics I would recommend a color graph. There are many to choose from but make sure you get the higher pixel graphs. Would also recommend a gps unit. |

Small lakes? easy to handle and launch. Large Lakes? Will handle any condition you will encounter anywhere on any inland lake. 8' rod locker. 52" lighted livewell. Truly dry storage. Priced right now about the same as most midrange aluminums. Takes up to a 135 HP motor. |
