What is your biggest fish from a small lake? Let's say lakes 600 acres and smaller.
Mine is a 49" from a 169 acre lake.

One small lake that I've spent quite of bit of time on has kicked out 3 nice fish: 46" 47" 48". Plus a number of fish from 42-45".

I have a 50 from a small lake. Someone else from these parts has a 52 from the same lake. No fish in that little pond.

I release 44" caught on a white spinnerbait I made from 40acre lake. A friend also caught a 46" on the same lake on another white spinnerbait I made for him.

Same lake as Norm, at 52". Another from that same puddle at 50 awhile back.Several from 45" to 48" off different Oneida County waters that average well under 600 acres.

I have caught many mid forty inch fish from lakes less than 400 acres the largest being a 48 out of an Oneida county lake. I have sure lost a few that would have broken the 50 inch mark and know that some of these lakes harbor fish in the mid fifty inch range. One of my favorite ponds is less than 100 acres and is loaded with mid forty inch fish. Stay small FISH BIG:)
