Location: Eau Claire, WI | I just checked the show web site and the map worked fine. The directions above are correct.
From the south take 494 to 55.
From the north take 694 around to 494 to 55 west.
From the east take either bypass 494 or 694 or stay on 94 through Mpls. to 55. |

| These directions are all right, however the show is very small. There is nothing there that I havn't seen before. Lots of good guides to talk to about your summer trips. |

| It seems every post I put here gets pulled so I will try Again!! If you need something specific or want to see a seminar or talk to a great guide these things are at the show very little new stuff though. Show seems to be smaller than last year, but had a great time talking with Ty Sennett and picked up a couple small things I needed. Will say that a small group of guides up there, won't say any names where very rude last night at 6:30 7:00! Seemed alittle early for the only thing to be worried about was you bowling drunkfest later in the night!! Probably would have bought one or two of there bucktails but I guess I can get the musky safari guy to make me some and he was there to work not bowl. Rollie and helens has a nice booth there talked to scott from musky safari for a while, great guy, stop and visit with him! I just hope that the blaine show has a little more to offer. If I get this post pulled please delete me from your forums this is getting old! |

| The first post I made on the show was a simple opinion with no negativity or malice toward any individual or group of individuals. The fact of the matter is that in comparison to other shows covered by this website this show is small and has significantly less to offer in terms of numbers, than the others. I am not posting for my health sworall I am just givng an honest opinion that is obviously shared by others. |

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | The Young Guns Seminar was standing room only with well over 250 people in attendance; it was one of the best presentations I've seen. The show crowd is excellent this afternoon. DJS, I understand your perspective, and have no problem with the statement the show is smaller than some others, but there are alot of folks here buying lures, rods, and equipment, talking to the vendors, and enjoying the show. They certainly enjoyed the Young Guns Talk.
I have the exhibitor list posted on the Exreme Show thread, so take a look if you are curious about who's in the booths. Gotta go right now, Pete Maina is presenting his seminar in a couple minutes.

| I was there. I know exactly who was in the booths or more specifically just huddled talking to each other. I also attended the Jason Summers talk. Jason is no doubt one of the best tournament musky fisherman in the world but quite frankly gave a very brief semi-insightful talk that was attended by maybe 50 people.
They are in fact charging people to get in the door without ever releasing a list of vendors prior to the event. I wonder why that is? Could it scare people away? |

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | I don't think this vendor list would chase anyone off. Rollie and Hellens, Guide's Choice and a number of builders and guides, you get from the show what you wish. I didn't see the seminars last night, so I can't comment about that. |

Location: MPLS, MN | I saw Maina speak and enjoyed it alot. It was well worth the $8 alone. Pleanty of good baits and new baits to see. My buddy got a Pink Bulldawg I'm curious to see how it works and I picked a up a few baits too. Not a bad way to kill a saturday afternoon in January. |

Location: Corning, Iowa | We made it today, meet alot of good people, saw alot of baits, sent a little money, had a good time. Not the biggest, but a lot of good sticks.
Mr. Worrell, I'd liked to have meet, but see you in July.
Thanks Doug |
