Just got a message from Jason Schillinger, he is now a proud papa of a 6lb 11oz baby girl! His wife gave birth after 26 hours of labor. That's all I have I hope she has her looks and not his!

Jason,

Congrats on you new addition. Kids can be a pain in the a$$ some times but the good times way out number the other times. Welcome to the world of kids.

Enjoy it, they will grow fast.

It will not be long before her first steps, first fish, first date.................. enjoy her.

I hope all goes well in the next few months. I hope she sleeps through the night sooner than later for you and the wife.

You fishing time might deminish some, but that will turn around soon enough.

Enjoy gods greatest gift, you new child. CONGRATS AGAIN JASON !!!

Jason and wife, Congratulations on that little one. I hope all goes well. I think Mike summed it up very good. Enjoy her and every thing that goes with kids. Take each day for what it gives and soon she will be asking DADDY CAN WE GO FISHING. That was the best day of my life. I can wait for the dating thing hopefully I have 7-8 years for this. Well CONGRATS!!! Evan

Congrats once again Jason, I told my wife about it when you emailed me and she said that if she had to go in labor for 26 hours we would not have had four kids. But than again, we wish they were still small but we at least get to spoil the Grandkids now.

Jason,

God blessed you and your wife with a beautiful little girl. I hope all is well and that you can learn to adjust to this new little bundle of joy. I'm very excited for you two. You and your family will be in our prayers. Way to go.

Jason- Congrat's to you both. Wow- 26 hrs, was she a bit testy at the end? Mine was! "Daddy's Girl" will grow up way to fast, so enjoy every moment. I can still remember the sweet scent of my little Felicia as she slept in my arms- that's after the diaper change of course!

God Bless
Al

I would add that it was the most intense thing that I have ever been involved in....both times.

Besides the diapers and formula...your world will revolve around sleep. Our second child never slept for more than two hours for seven months.

Congrat's, Jason and family.

Congrats Jason,

Your first keeper of the year, hopefully Mn fish will have less sore mouths, some how I think I might be wishfull thinking on that part. Again welcome to parenthood, messy diaper, and little sleep at night. Just wait till she get on the water.

Way to go, Reef Hawg Family!! Glad to hear all are well after a "little bit" longer than normal labor

When you go/get through the challenging stuff (by the way, diapers are EASY vs. other stuff....you'll see what I mean), having a family is way worth it. You'll have more good times than you can remember.

Congrats.

Jason,

Congratulations on the new addition to your family. Many special memories lie ahead.

After 26 hours of labor I suspect you may have heard words from your wife that you didn't know were in her vocabulary... yikes.

Enjoy it, the years pass far too quickly.

Congrats Jason and Monica. Know what the long labor is like, our first one was 27 !/2 hours. Good thing the second was only 5 hours.
