I think Doug got it rite with this one. Two hooks and more weight makes this bad boy a treat for Spring time muskies.

I got a few of them and worked them. This will catch fish.

It's like a Undertaker with a tail. Not too big or too boyant. Perfect size for great hookups.

Good job Doug, keep up the good work.

Check out the sliding shads also. Great baits for sure with very little internet hype.

I just thought some of you might like what Doug is putting out. He is the quiet guy that lets his baits speak. The Slippery Slider was too light and only one hook to begin with. I got a few prototypes and they worked good over skinny water. I asked him to add another hook and get them to run deeper. He was already working on this and here it is !!!

I grabbed a bunch of his baits at the show. I am sure he will be stocked up again by the Milwaukee show. Check out his web site for his lures. Good stuff. AWSOME colors.

I agree with Mike. Doug makes a great bait and seems to just fly under the radar a bit. I'm a real fan of the Slidin' Shad. Has better action than a lot of the other drop belly style baits and reasonable pricing too.

The instigator has a mega glide as well. If you thought the HRs glide, like mentioned above, this puppy dropped my jaw the 1st time I saw it. Great work Doug! May have to get some of the Slippery Sliders in Brew Town.

Yeah, Doug copied the Squirko - NOT!. What came first - the Squirko or the Squirrely Burt?

If you want too look at it that way isn't every bait a copied or modified verson of another bait. And i think Bill Lewis needs the credit for a rattle trap.

Bill, the squirko is great but the slip slider is not a copy of the squirko. The slider is wood for one. That would mean that phantom and hughes river also copied the squirko too? I just think he bit into the put a tail on it craze myself. The bait looks great in the water.

What about the new Reef Hawg..........Thats close to a Squirko.

Who cares what it copys, or who makes them. They are just baits. All baits a re different in some ways.

I like it when people try to make them different. Thats how new great baits come.

Jackpot, Doc, Wealge............etc

Keep them comming.................

I have seen all Dougs baits except the squirrley one, which he does later, and I will tell you that Doug has some mighty fine baits and I sure fish with them.
Copy talk is getting old. Can you tell the difference in most cars from a distance now?
Improvement is what you should be looking at I would think.

Yah maybe you are right Mike,I am sorry Doug.A few companies this year have really gotten under my skin like the Homewrecker, same blank as the weagle, and Joe Bucher Tackle same blanks and colors as Rattlin Shads, and now their exact twin finn copy too.I am sure their are more also.Maybe exact copies, like blanks and same rubber molds should be outlawed.Bill
