| Been shopping hard for the new rig, found a great deal, but I have one concern, the motor is an Evinrude. What is everyones experience with the new Evinrudes, always ran merc no real experience with Evinrudes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

| Evenrude and Johnson were always as good or better than any motor on the market depending on who you talked to. With OMC's recent bankrupcy, there was a lot of dout about warrenties and parts. I just read another article on a general net search and the new company, Bombadeir is honoring warrenties from 2000 and up and are capable of backing their claim. If anyone knows anything about the Bombedeir (spelling?) Company, they know they can pull it off. | |
