kyDave on Tony's board: Got a 30 last sunday, water was 42 on my buddy's lowrance, fish really slow, good luck!
from Kyangling: went to camp friday to check on the camper and lake condition,camper was just fine,blew some leaves,got that out of the way ,rode the 4 wheeler down to the lake is was at winter pool and covered with ice[poppin rock area] at least a inch thick,plan on going back down new years may do some fish attractor work in our little area . BILL (Poppin Rock is on the Licking river about 5 miles up from the main lake).
We're expecting 55* temps all this week, might move some of the ice outta the way. Main lake seldom ices up. Hope you make it down, m | |

Location: Cave Run Lake KY. | Cave Run opened up yesterday all ice of the lake , good rain today should warm up the water some. Come on down and have the lake to yourself. water's low so be careful no one to help you out if you have boat trouble. Catch the last fish of the year on the Cave. Marv  | |
