Location: Greenfield, WI | Hands down the best custom paint jobs are those available at the winter muskie shows around the midwest. I know for a fact that the awesome customs that are generated from Slammer crankbaits are only available at the shows, each year for that year only, and when those are gone, even an act of Congress couldn't get more made! |

| Here's mine, and it's going to be on the Kly Silent Auction.
No fair, all of my customs wind up in your boxes
I guess that's a good thing.

Location: Mpls, MN | Very cool paint jobs. You painters make these hunks of woods we cast look like artwork.
I just got this one, a Trueglide Magnum Termor. Not the best photo but like his other Trueglides, Joe's work are amazing also.
I also like the 5 spot Perka from Beaver.

Location: Chicago, Beverly | well, my Mayeye pictured above won't fit in the Lakewood or the planos, but awesome paint on that one... Hoosier Handmades have some new paintjobs that are very sweet and of course Bikini baits, great paint on them too. |

| E-Is that your custom work , or did you have it done by someone?
I recognize that one from a picture that I saw.
Looks like a pattern someone else showed me. |

Location: Mauston, Wisconsin | Eric- I had the same question, thought I'd seen it somewhere else.
As to the original question: Mine are two custom Purple Daze (lil' Ernie & Little Jake) and a 10" Jake (Stump Knocker -> Purple Daze & blaze orange), all painted by Stan Durst. These baits have awesome flash in clear trout water water. The Stump Knocker broke a 3-4 year dry spell for me on Cass Lake MN with a 44"r (MF Outing). Ranger was my net man! I had some nice follows & hits on Cass. The "Stump Knocker is in the upper left of the photo, and the Lil Ernie is laying next to "Ranger's fish glove" in the lower left. Since then, they have continued to get chewed on by some really nice fish.

Location: Mauston, Wisconsin | This naturally brings up a question for us bait/lure suppliers: How much extra are you willing to pay for truley innovative new lure colors/patterns. For me an extra 10-20 bucks is not out of the question. 2006 should be very interesting!
Have fun!

Pointer,
If you want to make the trip over here to Appleton sometime, I'll show you what you need and how to do it.
