Location: lansing, il | i was very impressed with frabill and thier customer service dept. i pulled out all my ice gear over the weekend and noticed the latch on my bait bucket was busted, sent them a email and 3 days later a new latch shows up at my door no questions or hassles at all. i know its just a small measly part but it sure beat having to go out and spend another 30 bucks on a insulated bucket! popped the old one off and the new one on in 2 seconds! a companys customer service and support goes a long way.

Location: Waukesha & Land O Lakes, WI | Last year I emailed Mark Gostisha, very late, and asked if Frabill would help sponsor the IMTT, "No Problem John, I'll see what we can do"....That's thier attitude, anything to help fishermen, anything to help a customer...that's how you build a loyal customer base..standing behind what you make. 3 companies that are pretty equal to one another in customer care..St.Croix, Fig Rig and Frabill.
The IMTT is proud to say Frabill is sponsoring us for 2006!

| I am very proud to say that I am on the pro-staff of Frabill. One of the main reasons why Frabill is such an awesome company is due to Mark Gostisha himself. If you have not met him yet, make sure to stop by the Frabill booth at any of the shows and ask to see him. In my opinion, he is what makes Frabill so awesome. It doesn't just stop there either, his wife and daughters are great too!

They are simply a great company that produces some of the best products out there. They also care about their customers which is huge in todays world. Mark Gostisha is definately one hell of a guy. He works very hard for Frabill and makes sure they are on top of their game. Also, like Chad mentioned, if you have never met Mark make sure you stop his booth at one of the sport shows, it will only take a few seconds to see what an awsome person he is in this industry.
Keep up the good work Mark and Frabill!!!! |

| Ditto to the above.
Proud to be member of the Frabill Staff.
Not only are their products cutting edge and leading the way in technology, they are developed to be user friendly and they stand behind every thing that they make.
There should be more businesses that run the way that Frabill does.
Happy customers and the best products equal return customers and a growing customer base.
They are the best in every regard.
I'm glad that they actually let me put their name in my signature. That could be dangerous.

They are company that I am very proud to be associated with. And yes, they are some of the most friendly people you will ever meet in the fishing industry, what else would you expect from fellow Cheeseheads.. |

Location: Land O' Lakes WI | Thank you for noticing the product and service differences at Frabill. There is a team of people (50+) that work their hinders daily, as a matter of pride, designing and building innovative products for all North American markets. It is truly a treat for the entire staff to be appreciated. I will share your comments with all.
Partnering with Steve Worrall and the rest of the First team is an important part of our growth.
As far as the personal comments,,, man, you have done wonders for my ego!!!!!
Actually Frabill is run as a top notch company by the owner. He is a great guy that is living his vision. He makes it a joy to go to work each day. My job is out in the public so it is easy to assume I actually do something there. The owner has surrounded me with talented staff so it looks like I know what I am doing. Please do not spread the word that it looks like I am working hard or he may expect more out of me.
Now I only wish that my son-in-law Tanner had included something on this thread,,,
(Chad, if you send Kris a copy of this last comment I will be kicked out of the house before Xmas!)
Best of the Holiday Season to all of the MuskieFirst Family!

| This past summer I had the opportunity to fish with Ryan Kleckner from Frabill. Just as Mark noted you could tell the obvious pride and dedication that the folks at Frabill take in their products and more importantly filling the needs of their customers. I can't remember dealing with any company that was more responsive to their customers. Thanks to everyone at Frabill that helped make my fishing experience more fun and effective this year. |

Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | Looking to get a new Frabill for 2006, what do people recommend for a smaller sized boat (16'9" X 75")? I really like to keep open space at a maximum and carry the smallest of everything possible in the boat, and I fully appreciate that most of my netted fish will be between 38" and 48". When I get my good 58" on the line, Nikki and I will find a way..... |

Location: Ogden, Ut | Slamr,
I have the Power Catch that is one size down from the Kahuna. Plenty big for all of my needs so far. I love the thing. It's big enough to net and comfortably hold any of the fish I've had in it so far. The depth is especially nice as I just push the handle under the seat back and leave the bag drape over the side of the boat keeping the fish well in the water while I ready the camera, etc. I drape the bag over the outboard while not in use, that seems to keep the majority of the net out of the way. My boat is about the same size as yours and I don't feel that the net is in my way. Mine doesn't have the Pow'r Lok yoke, so I usually just leave the handle extended all the time while fishing. Depending on your own net placement and readying 'system', you may have to pick some of the lures off the floor of your boat and actually put them in something though.
