Subject: Pre Spawn Patterns

Location: Washington, PA		It's discussed alot fishing early spring with rattle traps after the water hits 50 degrees or so. What about when the water is in that just iced out/pre spawn pattern. Where would the fish be located, what baits, what patterns, etc?
