| I hope the weather forecasters are wrong, but it looks like yesterday could have been the last outing. The boat is in semi-hibernation and could be out again if a deer season warm-up occurs. Bring on an "Indian Summer" to help shorten our winter!

But there may be more open water fishing in store for you in 2005 depending on your schedule...I probably won't ice up until around Dec 15 or so.

| My partner and I are still planning on fishing this weekend. I am just not a big fan of towing my boat on salt covered roads. Highs of 35 for the weekend will be fine. Sounds like the shoreline will be decorated in white stuff!!......(6" - 8" a possibility) The whitefish will be on the move this week for sure.

| This weather ought to at least answer one repeated question on the boards, yes the cisco are going to spawn!
Hmmm, 71 today? I better wear a SHORT SLEEVED T SHIRT...

Location: The Sportsman, home, or out on the water | You do not know the struggle whithin the Nightmare right now. I need a "fiddy" more than anything right now. However, since I seem to be the only one that can put Venison in the freezer (sorry Lori and Justin), and that none of us actually shot one last year, I forget what God's best protien actually tastes like. Unless we shoot at least 2 on the opener, I'm done for the year. |

| Looks like I will be on the water both Sat. and Sun. Forecast is 35 - 40 here, perhaps even 45 on Sun. The small ponds will have a thin layer of ice , but the bigger lakes will remain open til the end.
