| The did not win the Championship but rather the Top Gun. About a $30,000 dollars difference. Still a great accomplishment.
And just behind them in 2nd overall Terre Dube and Diana Mindar.
The PMTT Championship was won by Troy Zeulke and his partner. (2 years in a row for Troy on Tonka) that is incredible.

Location: Pigeon Forge TN. | Sorry about that. I mean no disrespect to the Champs. I misunderstood the system. But the Top Gun is still a great hit to be in.
Congrats to all. |

I agree, to be that consistent on the Trail, shows that they definately know how to get on fish, and get them to go on many different types of water. They are also some great guys, I had great time with them on sunday after all said and done. Kirk and Allen are great guys and looking forward to seeing them on the water next year, trying to defend the Team of the Year titles.
Great Job

| My hats off to them too. They are a couple of great guys who know how to fish and have fun. To catch fish in 4 of 5 events is an amazing accomplishment.
I would love to see them repeat next year !!!

Location: Pillager, MN | Thanks guys. Thank you Stan for the most awesome sunfish baits I've ever seen. I hate to say it but they're not going to stay nice for long because there's going to be some serious teeth marks in them.
Kirk and I had an absolute blast doing the PMTT this year. We went into each tournament with a motto of "just one fish" and luckily it happened in 4 of 5 events.
Congrats to Troy and Josh, you guys deserved 1st in the Championship. You did your homework prior to the tournament and by the sound of it were on fish all weekend. Great job!
I'd also like to thank Matt Thompson of Chaska for the prefishing. Matt does some guiding out on Tonka and really helped us out. He, along with Stace Medin, make one mean jerkbait in the Gray Ghost Hounder.
Thanks also to Tim, Jim and everyone involved with the PMTT. It's truly a class act and run like a finely tuned machine.
We'll give it our best next year, but to duplicate what Jason Summers and Tony Demars did the previous two years will be tough.
Hard water season's coming...gotta go!
Thanks again,
Brad Swenson |
