| I'm heading up to the Eau Claire area. Can some one tell me where I can get muskie suckers. Some where other than Madison.

Location: Eau Claire, WI | New highway is not open to the south end of town yet, the complete bypass is scheduled to open fall of 06.
Here's the lastest I can give you...
Local lake water temps are upper 50's to low 60's. I don't expect much change with this weeks temperatures.
Wissota action has been spotty at best. They keep messing with the water levels for some reason and that tends to turn the fish off a bit.
Holcombe has been consistent from what I've heard with some bigger fish being caught.
Lake Eau Claire (Augusta) action is heating up, this has traditionally been a good fall lake. You'll find duck hunters early in the morning on the east end, no worries, just keep a respectable distance from the decoys.
