Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI | There are still openings for the tournament. Meeting is October 14th, fishing the 15th and 16th. Banquett and drawings on the 15th. 100% OF THE MONEY BROUGHT IN VIA THE DRAWINGS WILL BE DONATED TO THE AMERICAN DIABETES ASSOCIATION.
This is going to be a GREAT tournament for and even BETTER cause. It will be a fun time for all. Looks to be a very well run tournament with judge boats and the works.
The use of suckers is allowed with quick strike rigs MANDATORY!! 2 lines per person. There is a very good chance of multiple 50" fish being taken during this tournament.
The tournament is 100% catch and release. Any kept fish will not count for the tournament, but will count for that persons daily bag limit.
At only $150 entry fee and limiting it to 60 boats spread out on various waters, everyone will have enough space. Oh yes, you DO NOT get to choose what body of water you fish. It is a random drawing done by the team captains on Friday night for Saturday and Saturday night for Sunday.
This is a tournament that everyone is on the same page going into it. If you pre-fish it to find out a pattern, you better fish ALL of the lakes the day before and find the fish. Guys from out of town are not in the dark on this tournament as opposed to the locals. If you have never fished one of the lakes before, maps are available and so is information if you talk to the right person/people.
Visit the following site for all of the information; http://www.nelsonsbaitntackle.com/muskytournament.shtml. ALL entries should be sent to:
Nelson's Choice Bait & Tackle
attn: Musky Tournament
1110 Lincoln St
Rhinelander, WI 54501
Once you send your registration, call 715-369-1900 or 715-362-5128 and let Kristy know that your entry has been sent and she should be expecting it.
Please consider fishing the tournament for a GREAT cause, GREAT time and meeting more GREAT friends with the same musky interest.
Good Fishing,

Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI | Just so everyone is clear. You are NOT required to fish suckers during the tournament. The only thing that IS required is the use of a quick strike rig with the suckers. Some people have said that using live bait for musky is not "musky fishing". Well, I will have to disagree with that statement as will many, many other people. Live bait does NOT always get eaten. At times, artificials WILL out produce live bait.
Hope to see you up here.

Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI | Sounds good Steve. Hope you are having fun out there with the PWT. Say "Hi" and good luck to Jeff T. from me and Kristy. I am almost positive he is out there.
Working on getting a digital camera for each judge boat. Need to talk to you about a power point projection system. I would like to put together a little thing from the day on Saturday and Sunday for each day after fishing. I would like to show those 50's on the screen. LOL
I will be gone all week this week, but Kristy will be around. "On the road again, I can't waite to get on the road again." Busy time of the year getting orders done.
Travel safe Steve.
