Location: Chicago, IL | my tip got screwed up when i was battling a fish about 5 months after i bought it. probably used it 2 or 3 times and he charged me 25 to replace the tip.
edit: I would like to add that Keven is a great guy and he even gave my brother and I some rod bags for free at the Milwaukee Muskie Show. Besides the tip issue, I have been really satisfied with my fig rigs.

Location: Janesville | I would not buy aFig Rig rod after last week. My brother was on leech and his broke and he got it replace at reeds and then came home and on the first fish that hit the pole broke in 5 places he did not even get to set the hooks.I saw the fish hit and the pole break.he took it to rollie and hellens and they replaced it again . he said if it breaks again he will buy a lamiglas. I nevewr broke one the beast out there. My 2 cents. Magnum |

| Funny, I've had 2 Tooth Tamers for several years now with numerous fish on both.
I haven't broke one yet. They are lighter and more comfortable than St. Croix and All-Star, the other rods I've been using.
I'll continue buying from Kevin.
After the customer service runaround I dealt with trying to return a much more expensive 2 month old "Lifetime Warranty" rod to R+H's, I'll stick with my Fig's. (PS, no it wasn't R+H's problem, it was the manufacturer)

Location: Waukesha & Land O Lakes, WI | Kevin and the crew are our rod sponsor for the IMTT and I have to say, we've had offers from other companies, but I wouldn't want us to go anywhere else for rods. The custom IMTT Tooth Tamers have been extremely popular and they're super rods.
Great sticks, great service, great people at Fig Rig. |

Location: Downers Grove, IL | I broke one last summer and they hooked me up big time. I just sent it in and they sent me a brand new one within the week, with a nice rod bag included. I've had nothing but good luck with fig rig.

| I'm chucking Mag Dawgs for 12 hrs on an 8' Extreme and I love it.Handles the Dawg with ease.I've had clients throw them all season and no problems.I heard awhile back that the guides on a couple batches were wrapped too tight and this caused some issues with breakage.I second what was stated above.Good people up in Grand Rapids. Location: Eau Claire, WI | I've got three of them that are on their 3rd and 4th season and one rod has over 30 fish on it. Love'em.... Fortunately, I haven't had a need for customer service issues, but from what I'm hearing Kevin is keeping his customers happy after the sale, and that's what matters most. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. |

| I love mine!
Light, strong, comfortable...
I heard there were some early production models where the wraps were too tight, but I'd think that would be apparent on the first fish. Theoretically it would break the first time you load it up, so its either gonna break right away or not at all.
Anybody know? |
