| Has anyone worked a Salmo Fatso or Slider before? Does it have really nice action that sets itself apart like advertised?
Thanks,
Mike |

Location: MPLS, MN | I love Salmo Sliders. Change the factory hooks though. Had a mid 40's" fish bend one straight once. Also have my biggest bass on a slider. Good for trolling too, Unlike most glide baits. |

Location: oswego, il | I have a floating and sinking fatso. They are a dive and rise style jerkbait and have a wobble. You can straight crank, twitch and troll them, they wobble alot like a crankbait and with no lip, they are easy physically to work.. Funny story, I was working one and here comes this &^#^&( jet skit right in front of me. I reel this thing in as fast as I can to cast at him and ended up figure-eighting a fish instead. I caught a really big bass and lost what would have been a personal best walleye of about 28" on one.
The slider is a nice glidebait, do upsize the hooks, a little hard to feel as it is light compared to alot of gliders but has a great side to side action. |
