I have a 1963 Mirrocfart row boat. On top of each rear corner there is a triangular metal brace that basically bolts the back of the boat (Transom) to the side of the boat. I don't know what they are called. After my most recent trip I noticed 1 was missing? Where can I get a new one? I am in the chicagoland area would prefer to pick one up locally as I need it for this wekend.

I think that's the corner cap. I'd bet it will be hard tp find a new one like the one you lost, it may be that you will have to take it to a metal bending shop and have one made from heavy sheet metal.
