Location: ashland wi | New moon on friday and big cold front coming through tonite, thought i would have the cat in the bag,but now wondering how to approach these musky's after this stuff.
Was gonna head out tonite after work but they have tornado warnings out and the storms are an hour away ,figured i better be safe.
25mph NW Winds tommorrow,friday west at 10mph.
Any thoughts on approaches?

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | My friend Steve Van Lieshout is correct when he says best time to go muskie fishing is when you can. A front like that when water temps are way up can kick the muskies into gear just as easily as not, so go fish 'em and see what happens. Too much depends on the type of water you'll be on, I'd try to fish a river or at least be on current once the front is through and the leading edge of the high (NW winds) is in.

Location: Racine, Wi | We had a pretty good front go through last week that dropped water temps down about 7 degrees in 2 days. Not horrible, but a change. I ended up getting fish up in the slop on hair, and topwater. Then as it settled down, they were back outside of the weedlines. Stick it out, and keep moving.
