| For those of you heading to Vermillion or to Canada for the opener, there is over 20 miles of road construction from Independance(where 33 meets 53 north of Cloquet) to just north of Cotton. The south bound lanes are all tore up and all of the traffic is diverted to the northbound lane--so you are down to one lane. Traffic wasn't bad last weekend and it was moving at the posted 55mph. It looks like it will probably be tore up for most of the summer, so plan for delays.
