| I wear costa del mars, You will get a other good reccomendations as well (Maui Jims, Ocean waves, Oakley, etc) One thing to keep in mind. IMHO you get what you pay for in sunglasses. I found the more quality (price) the better for my eyes and more satisfied i am. |

Location: Presque Isle Wisconsin | Any of the quality brands mentioned above as well as others are good.Check several eyewear websites as prices vary widely for the same glasses and by just a little searching you can save a lot of monet. I Use the Ocean wave "Backwater Green" Model and they are wonderful.I would advise making sure the glassses wrap around enough to completely protect your eyes from UV rays- and incidently to offer at least some protection from flying hooks. |

| I currently run two different pairs of Maui Jims. Love them with one exception. I bought the wrong model. The ones I have don't wrap on the ends enough to get my cap down over them like I like. My next pair will be the Cyclones.
Other than that the quality, glass lenses, anti-glare front and back, fit and customer service has been excellent.
I also agree that you get what you pay for in sunglasses. I went for years with the cheap replaceable ones and after buying my first pair of "expensive" Maui Jim's, the difference is well worth it. Seems like you are much more apt to take good care of the expensive ones as well. I'm on 4 years now with my good one. I was replacing the other ones twice a year.
I don't think you can go wrong with any of the better brands. It all boils down to personal preference.

Location: Right behind you (tap, tap) BOOO | Native Eyewear for me, Dash SS model, interchangable lens. Very nice and excellent customer service, my pup got them one evening and chewed off the nose piece, I contacted the company and with in a week and half, I had a brand new pair. Can't beat that. I think Gander carries them, check out their website for information on the polarized technology.

| Are the lenses in Oakley's polarized? Or do you need to buy specific set of Oakley's to get polarized lenses with them?
I've worn Oakley's for years...a specific type of Oakley sunglasses fit me so well and stay on my face...that...I'd like to stick with them if they're polarized enough. I didn't think they were though.
Lost my last pair of Oakleys down in Cancun on my honeymoon. DOH. One too many margarittas and Kamikazis.... |

Location: Iowa | I have a pair of Costa Del Mars that I really like and I recently purchased a pair of Maui Jims. I like them both but if I had to pick one or the other I would probably go with the Maui Jims. Del Mars are hard to beat though...both are a really great choice...

| I used to use Oakleys, I had the "M" frame with different lenses including ones that were polarized. Two years ago I baught a pair of Costa Del Mars. NO COMPARISON!!! The Costas are night and day better! Get the glass lenses on the Costas, they're more $ but they are defiantly worth it, I can clean them with anything I have handy without worrying about scratching them. My Oakleys were terrible in regards to scratching, I swear if I looked at them wrong they would scratch. |

| One thing to avoid is the CR39 costa's--the cheap version. There is no comparison to their glass version.
Maui Jim is a great pair of glasses b/c of the anti-reflective coating on the eye-side of the shades--with my other pairs of glasses I always seem to be looking at a reflection of my cheakbones or some part of my eye. |

Location: Toronto, ON | Just got a pair of Costas in the Green Mirror (amber base)...the lenses are awesome. Got them off of eBay CHEAP, best place to buy them if you know what you want (you've tried them on!). Lifetime warranty too, can't go wrong.

Location: Rhinelander, WI | Any suggestions on which frame style is best in the Ocean Waves. I was looking at the Chicago style. There are no dealers in this area, where I can try them on, they have a 30 day money back guarantee, but I don't want to send them back if I can avoid it.
Thanks

| Mroberts, I have the Chicago style and I have a larger size head (even when not catching musky). The Chicago style are a pretty snug fit. Might want to try a different style of Oceans or maybe call them to find out. Hope this helps, Tom |

| Been using H3o for years, started out with there sportman series, which I liked, but the frame got a liitle sore over the ears, so I went to there tusami model a couple years ago and been using them since. All there model have len change, so that's handy as well. |

| MRoberts, I like the Nassau model best for fishing because it provide more wrap, and I also have the narrow profile Belize model that is more open |
