In the water. Get them wet.

Actually, I don't know what to do with them. Supposed to not be able to fish them wrong. I have not had any success with mine (however not much time given to them because of lack of confidence)

They just did a piece on them on Lindners Angling Edge today. You can fish them pretty much the same way you would work a tube for any other species.
You can fish them in a lift drop manner like a jig. You can pull and reel up the slack, pull and reel up the slack, almost in a twitch bait type of retrieve. I like a swim/drop retrieve parralell to weed edges when I am fishing alone.
Another option is to fish weed edges at a 45 degree angle. Throw it over the weeds. Reel it in a fast or in an eratic manner and then when you get to the edge or a hole in the weeds, or an isolated clump, kill it and let it fall. Feels just like a walleye "thump". In fact, sometimes it will be a walleye.
I fish 'em on spinning gear with a 8' St Croix In-Shore rod and 65# Tuf-Plus. I haven't had what I would call great success, but they are a nice option when fish are turned off by weather conditions, or pressure. I wish that they offered them in different weights, especially in a much lighter variety to work over the weeds. One little trick when using spinning gear is to put your index finger on your right hand in the way of the line, so every time the reel rotates the line hits your fingers and makes the tube twitch as it's moving.
I don't think that there is a wrong way to fish them, as long as you throw them in front of a big hungry fish.

I have yet to catch one on a Tiger Tube, but I haven't fished them a lot either. I usually throw them when things are slow on my go to baits. But I will say that I've moved a decent number of fish on the Tiger Tube when everything else I was throwing was doing absolutely nothing. This year I'm going to be using it more as a throw back bait, as I think it could be very effective this way.

I just used this bait for about an hour yesterday fishing the shallow weeds. Caught two northern, but didn't see any musky. Like mentioned above, I belive this bait is a great throwback bait. I've used mine mostly by just twitching/pulling it above the weeds...almost like a jerk bait but not hard jerks at all.

I just got a 43-1/2"er this weekend on one. I was flipping it into a tree that I had moved a fish out of earlier. Just snap and drop back to the boat is a good way to work them. You can also work the small ones like you would a little glider. With a little practice you can get them to walk the dog.
