Location: Germantown, WI | I bought an 8" Eddie Bait last year and caught a 33" musky the first time I used it. The fish t-boned the bait and I ended up cutting the hooks. I've tried a couple of different sizes of hooks as replacements, but I just can't seem to get the right balance. It had great action and a nice belly roll right out of the box, but the replacement hooks/slip rings I have used seem to deaden the action. Does anyone know what model/size hooks and split rings are used on the 8" Eddie Bait?
