Location: The Sportsman, home, or out on the water | I dunno about "hand made", but Hi-fin has the best creepers I have witnessed in the water. I repainted a couple for people this year. Nice baits, but I would NEVER strip down a Hi-fin or a Mouldy's for anyone again to re-paint. they would have to have it stripped before they sent it to me. I've been playing with a few prototype creepers, but have yet to find one design I liked.
