| Here is the lowdown on the lone musky question on this years ballot:
Question 22 – Chippewa River muskellunge regulations – Increase the minimum length limit for muskellunge from 40 inches to 45 inches on the Chippewa River from the Winter dam downstream to and including the Radisson Flowage, Sawyer County.
Rumor also has it that in Dane County and possibly others there will be a very large Anti hunter / Anti angler turnout to try to get one (or more) of their own elected to the Conservation Congress. As always, it's imperetive that everyone turn out to thwart this threat. Out of staters are welcome and can vote on all questions that pertain to fishing and hunting rule changes. You must however be a resident of the County you appear in to vote for Conservation Congress Representatives.

Location: Wales Wi. | ESOXCPR, there is more Musky questions than that one. Advisory ? # 73 is on the Musky Stamp. Also many more questions the Musky people may want to voice their opinions on. |

Location: Madison | The feral cat hunting issue is going to bring out the animal-rights people, at least here in Madison. There has been a lot of coverage on it lately.
As far as I can tell, the only issue statewide with regards to muskie is the muskie stamp proposal, which is just an advisory question. I'm assuming the stuff broken up by counties is only voted on by members of those counties - is that right?

| Settle down guys. As Waldo said, the "Musky stamp" question and the "Single line motor trolling" questions are on the ballot as well, but they are simply CC advisory questions. The size limit question I mentioned above is a Natural Resources Board Rule Change question and the outcome of that vote determines if the size limit change in question takes place in next seasons fishing regulations or not. A positive outcome on the CC Advisory questions means little other than the topic has the potential to stay alive and may or may not appear as a rule change question in some future year based completely on whether the NRB sees fit to include it on the future ballot or not.
