| The Lt. Gov. of Illinois is working to protect the funding of conservation efforts in Illinois, including getting some of the huge chunk the Gov. took out of the DNR. Although I have no PROOF, I suspect that the budget cut and this effort have reprecussions within the Illinois musky management efforts.
