I have been approached by a dealer about buying a 2004 (new) Triton 215.  The layout looks identical to the Ranger 621 (my current dream boat).  I can find little info about the Triton except from walleye fishermen.  Anyone have any experiences fishing muskies from one of these?  Opinions?  Power plant recommendations (apparently rigged for a Merc).  Thanks in advance.

They look a little high in the bow in compairison to Ranger but overall a nice boat fig 8 may be a bit more of a streach but go ahead take it for a spin and bring a rod or two

hey dave, gary and i were walking around at the south bend show and talked to a rep from ashland kentucky and he told us that they have a pure musky rig that they are working on. the guy that makes cattail bucktails has one of the big boats that he uses and gary fished with him and he could tell you how it rides and fishes. talk to him at home or on the wlmc message board and he can give more ideas.. thanks karol

I believe bturg runs one of these; if he hasn't seen this post you might try sending him a message.
