| Got a letter from the Michigan DNR the other day. They said I caught the third largest Northern Muskie in Michigan waters last season. Now, this is the 3rd largest that was reported to them via the Master Angler Award program.
So I'm walking around, wearing my MuskieFirst Jacket, with my chest all puffed out. I'm bad, I'm bad, get out the way. |

| You're gonna need a bigger boat. That head swelled up so big, your 14 footer will be too top heavy. Either that, or cobble up a kayaking skirt for it!
Congrats. Now get Tim on that list this year! |

| Thanks for all the kind words. It was only 43", and there were PLENTY of Great Lakes Strain Skis that exceeded my Northern Ski. Almost all Great Lakes Strain came from LSC. 3 years ago, however, I received an award for a 48" Great Lakes Ski I boated in the Menominee River near Iron Mountain, MI (in da Yoop). I'll try to post a pic when at home. Thanks again! |
