Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | Southern WI opener, who is interested in a relaxed outting day that includes grilling brats, burgers and whatever else at lunch....with refreshments at Jollymon's later in the day! The first outting was a success, and fun was had, and we averaged one fish per boat, with a few fatties mixed in.
ALSO: Steve Cady/Musky Nut want to challenge MuskieFIRST on this day.....I hate to lose.

I know Jason plans to stay at Koepp's and I am seriously thinking about it as well. Been a bit of a tradition started fishing with Sluggo and Theedz on southern opener so that will play into my decision.
Either way I'll probably be down there, probably on Pewaukee but will join in fun at Jollymon's later on. |

2nd Annual Bring Your Meat Meet
Just like last year - Lunch at the public landing at Noon - bring your own meat (get it?) - I'll have my grill, we should have a few more
$20 side bet - most individual musky inches over 30" - 7am-5pm - I must have money before 7am. - payout at Jollyman's at 6 pm - picture of fish (digital or polaroid) required for fish to count - live bait ok
We have a bunch of time to refine things, let me know if you have a different idea.
I'll be fishing with my brother, could squeze 1 more in the big brown beer barge, but you must be ready to have fun too.
So who's side am I fishing for? I am a Musky Nut staffer after all, but have been a regular here since the begining, I am from Wisconsin and a Packer fan.

| I may have room in the sled, but not sure. I have 2 buddies that have been fishing with me on opening day for about 10 years now, so I have to see if one of them is still coming (just had a babie, needs to get mamma clearance) :). Keep in touch boys, and I have a place if anyone needs to crash. |

Is this only for Okauchee or are you guys open to both lakes?
I understand if you guys don't want compitition but that would be not like Musky Nut or MuskieFirst.
When I get back from sunny Florida I will start rippin everyone who needs it. I will be fishing with my brother Greg on Pewaukee. We started this tradition over 20 years ago.
What about a Pewaukee/Okauchee compition?????
Maybe a side this along with the total inches.

It looks like 80% of the people are fishing Okauchee. I know a few good sticks that will help me bring the smackdown on Okauchee.
