| Older model 5500 (red with free spool tensioner on the left side plate). Three screw model. Reel has some boat rash, but not extensive. Very clean and has the larger crank on it. Everything works well: Drag, freespool, etc.
I wish I had pictures of it, but don't have the capabilities with this computer. Sorry...
If it matters, stamped 770900 on the bottom rod mounting plate.
Will part with it for $45 or best offer.

| Is it a 5500 or a 5500d model? The d is for direct drive. If you back the drag all the way off or turn it all the way up, I can't remeber which, it will work direct drive. My dad used a pflueger for 30 years and just recently found an old 5500d and loves it. No fancy drag or anti backlash for him. If it is a d model I'll buy it for sure.
