Starting to plan for planning MatchFISHING 2005, wanted to do a quick survey of how many teams we might have, and where the teams are from (thinking on new ideas for 2005). Please post if you're interested.

For some explanations of what MatchFISHING is, check the threads listed below. Or ask questions here, and we will answer them.

Ah yes . . . . there is nothin better than gettin a Soprano style beating again this year!!!!! I see my partner in crime has replied already.

Consider Creatures of the Reel in for round two . . . . . and fishing in north central Wisconsin.

Hey Slamr nice talkin to ya in Milwaukee . . . . . now at least I can place a face to the man that so many people hate!!!!!

Here is another team from Pennsylvania. Count grichard and myself as in. We also fish in Ohio and West Virginia which have no closed season, so we would be up for a southern division to start early if that would be one of the changes your thinking about.

I'm interested but I fish alone a lot. Trying to find a partner when I do most of my fishing by the seat of my pants is tough. I get up and go "whenever" a lot. Can I be a team of 1 if I can't get a partner for the day? I have a pretty good system with a timer on the digital camera mounted to my pedestal seat. What about weather conditions as well, if on a particular day the conditions are really bad in my area but not my competition?

If so, I would be in.......Team Boozehounds

I'll be in again this year representing Utah. Not sure if my partner wants another go, but I'll find one if he doesn't.

What kind of new ideas are in store for the up coming Match Fishing Season?
Cabin fever has got to be getting real bad about now, maybe if we keep talking about the up coming coming season this early we can get the full 48 teams needed this year.

Question....I fish northern WI in the summer usually for week or 4 day trips. When I'm up there I do not have computer access. Would I still be eligible to play considering I cannot report within the time allowed?
