| To get bucktail components, check bait shops like Rollie and Helen's Catalog. Better yet, stop in their Minocqua store to see it first hand. Bass Pro and Cabela's will work too. Search the internet for other sources. www.jannsnetcraft.com is another great source. If you're starting out from scratch you'll also need thread and a bobbin as well. Oh ya, don't forget glue, wire, hooks and bucktails for hair or maribou dressing or rubber skirt material... Making your own baits is very self rewarding. There's no better feeling boating a musky on a bait you made yourself. However, I'll warn ya this. Baitmaking is addicting and never cheaper than buying a good, well-made bait from a bait shop wall. Decide WHY you want to do it and then choose your path.

| I order everything from Stamina. They are chaeper on some things and more expensive on others, but I like the convenience of a one stop shop. I have had no problems with their shipping. I always have my order in under a week. |

Location: Kentucky | I've ordered from Stamina and Moore's and liked the products but the online convenience is poor. Moore's has no onsite ordering and I have an order in with Stamina since 2/3 but have not yet received it. I end up back at Rollie & Helen's and Cabela's fairly often since they do better order processing, which to me equals better customer service. |
