Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | Have 6 of them in my lap right now, the differences I can see are:
-Wolverine super split rings
-thinner more dynamic profile
-high quality VMC hooks
Looks pretty much made FOR muskies, versus other rattle baits.

Location: Ft. Wayne Indiana | Rattlin' Shads come in two sizes. 1.25 ounces and 3/4 ounce.
Like AJ said, they come ready to fish. Triple Split rings and VMC hooks.
The rattles are louder and the profile is thinner with the Rattlin' Shad.
Rattlin' Shad also have some pretty sweet patterns as well as holoform patterns.
