Location: lansing, il		personally i wouldnt target them in the winter, id rather go somewhere with an abundance of pike and have fun with those, but you could just go somewhere where musky season doesnt close, put out some tip ups on quick strike rigs and set the hooks immediatly and get the fish back in asap. nothing illegal about it.
