I heard Scott Jenkins talk at the Milwaukee MI Chapter, and he mentioned a specific watch that he wears. I lost my notes from the meeting, and am interested in a new watch. Though I might get one that does more than tell time and date.

Scott, can you help me out here? Anybody else? What do you wear for a watch? Anything special about it?

Happy New Year all, and Tight Lines,

Shep

Mine is a Dakota and tells the time and every time I look at it, it also tells me it's time to go fishing. Sorry, don't think I was much help...[;)]

Casio makes a watch that tracks moon phases/cycles and Identifies key times to be on the water (major and minor phases). It is about $40. Don't know if this is what he was talking about but I have one and its ok.

The moon phase feature, including moon rise and moon set, is available on some handheld GPS units. (I found it on mine after a year or so of trying to figure that thing out.)
