Can someone please tell me what are some nice cabins on LCO or Grindstone?

About 4-6 of us are planning on a trip next summer.

Thanks in advance.

You could try Angler's Haven resort on LCO (715) 634-2757. Great place! May already be booked up. There is a small resort near Angler's Haven called Stone Hill Resort but they are ususally full up too. There is also a resort on the other end of LCO called Trails End. Or there is Lakeview resort on Grindstone. Angler's Haven would be my 1st choice. Bruce, Sarah, and Paul are great! Even if you don't stay there you have to try there pizza. Great atmosphere! Good Luck

Angler's Haven is the best resort anywhere, although I miss the great burgers they used to serve. LCO and Grindstone are tough to fish, but I love the lakes because there are some monsters in there. Clear water most of the time, and fish are very sensitive. I get up there as much as I can, as well as the Chip!

Maybe Dave Dorazzio?

If nothing else it would be entertainment at its finest. Lots of good musky info in that short package!

Angler Haven would be first choice, Great host, drinks and pizzas. The only other place is Trails End on LCO for LCO that I know off of the top of my head. If looking for Guides I would highly recommend Dave, Bruce Shumway, or Genson brothers. If you need trail end number email me, we have our seasonal there for the summer. Try Haywardlakes.com for other places

Good luck

13 consecutive years for me at anglers haven and reservations made for 2005. For Very late season, 3rd week of Oct and beyond, check out trails end as Anglers is usually closed then. As previously stated lots of repeat clients so book ASAP. First rate lodging and the hosts are even better. BRING BACK THE ANGLER BURGERS!!!!!! And tell them Dieter and his monkey sent you.

I would also say that Angler's is the best place tostay on LCO. If you are looking for a place to stay on Grindstone, give me a call. One of my friends has a place that he rents out over there. 612-839-1227

Thanks a lot guys for the info. I just booked Anglers Haven. You were right, they were getting booked up
fast! They had only one cabin available left for the week I needed. Luckily I got it. Thanks for the offer also Ty.
I appreciate the hospitality.
