| The Twin Cities chapter of Muskies inc will Have Kevin Dickinsonhas our speaker on tues Dec 14th 7pm at the Knights of Columbus in Bloomington
Kevin is one of the first if not thee firs to seriously target muskies on Minnetonka long before the rest of us jumped on the bandwagon. Kevin will be speaking about Minnetonkas Geological history and transformations its gone through and still going through and how it relates to how you fish the lake. For examplewhy Halsteds bay is the way it is and why Spring lake park transitions the way it does into the upper lake and more, Kevin talks about how alot of the water we fish now and the first breaks were actually above water shoreline at one point. He will be bringing his very rare set of maps that are dating back to who knows when and how some of that structure may no longer be shown on todays maps. Also assisting Kevin will be long time local muskie guide Wayne Klemz. Wayne is the person who actually authored the Minnetonka section in the Minnesota Muskie guide handbook. Santas been good to us in Dec!!! we get "two" Minnetonka pros,,,Kevin and Wayne have some very specialized tactics too for Tonka they will discuss,,Some maybe they dont want to disscuss unless we have you show up,,a "mob" can be very persuasive,,,
