Found out the process you need to follow. Put together a short
document outlining what you are requesting.
Define what the issue is.
Give a description of what change you are proposing.
Identify waters you would want to see the proposal encompass
(Ex.
statewide, metro only, etc.
).
Define your objective. What are you expecting to accomplish.
Document any public support you are aware of
(Ex. Twin Cities chapter
M.I., all M.I. chapters, etc.
).
Send the proposal to:
