"Lake Shelbyville: Decent: Good crappie numbers by brush in 5-15 feet, but finding keepers (10 inches) can be as tough as one in 50. Scattered white bass and largemouth. Some outstanding muskie reports (size and numbers) in the last two weeks. Lake is in the low 50's, but will cool quickly, improving fishing. Water is high, but clear."

I respect these writers but I sometimes wonder where they get their info. "outstanding"? Somebody was outstanding allright, outstanding in the field of dreams!

I hear ya, sometimes I think they just wright stuff to make it sound good.
You know from first hand experience that there has been nothing going on there at all for the last two weeks.
