Which of the '05 shows is the best? i.e. if you could only go to one show, which one would it be?

Chicago show. It's one of the first of the season and centrally located for most muskie anglers. they have a pool demo and lots of face time with the vendors / celebs and "undiscovered" celebs.

Their speaker leaves a lot to be desired but it's managable.

Just one?

The that is nearest my house so I spend less money on gas and more on lures. They are all a little different yet the same.

definately chicago as far as a wide selection of new baits, plenty of people to talk to, and taxidermists for those who would like a 10% discount
on that hefty mount. Usually some good guest speakers. I myself still go to the new london show just to keep my head in check.
It gets you pretty fired up when fishing is just right around the corner.

Musky Magic in New London! Small enough that all the vendors have time to talk to everyone, plus the pool!
