Hey Guys, new here and been reading some really good info. I'm in northern Va and mostly bank fish along the Shenandoah. I have 2 tigers under my belt. I'm posting a pic to see if you all can tell me what the name of or who makes or made this lure. Appreciate the help

I believe that the lure is either made by "Ratman" lures which were out of Rose city, MI. or a company in Canada. Both companies made baits that somewhat imitated Bud Stewart's work.
